After some deliberations, the parties involved with NKoded Software have decided to rename the company to Nkoded Systems. We feel the name better reflects our current undertakings and future goals. It has also been decided that Nkoded Systems will continue to be operated without a leadership role. Instead, all decisions will be decided upon as a group, with all having equal voting rights.

A number of projects are currently in the works at NKoded Systems. All parties are collaboratively building a Linux server from the ground up. The server is expected to replace our current media (nks3) and content (nks2) servers. One may also notice the new design of our website. David Pernu redesigned the layout for the company. For more information about a number of our web development activities, please see the projects page.

Justin Fisher has announced plans to develop a 360 degrees team assessment system and market the product under the NKoded Software name. The system will be completely web based and use php and mysql technologies. Development is already under way and will hopefully be completed within a few months.

NKoded Software's representatives have decided to officially resolve NKoded Software. All of the company's assets have been equally distributed to their respected owners and the office has been emptied. All parties have agreed to share the NKoded Software name and logos for personal or business use and the company's website will remain in order to maintain other webpage functions.

The members of NKoded Software have chosen to temporarily suspend all projects at this moment. It is currently unknown if or when work may precede. During the month of January the TPS Reports reported some misfortunate information and therefore NKoded Software has not only found itself in debt, but also is suffering from employee and management related problems. It is unknown what the future may hold for NKoded Software and for this reason we have suspended our about and project pages in this web until we can differentiate these problems.

Well, we were able to get a website up!! I would like to make it clear that this version of the website is totally and most outstandingly temporary. It is only a prototype whipped up in frontpage :( We plan on creating an awesome website sometime in the future when we have more time. Enjoy!
